Yes, we offer AfterPay.

What other options are there for payment?

We accept PayPal, EFTPOS and credit card.

We also have a newsletter you can sign up to, which you can find at the Home page footer. Sign up to this to receive email notification about exclusive offers and new products. 

How do I know I’ll get quality items?

Our small business prides itself on stocking quality items. We manually inspect all items before shipping and always aim to ship only high quality products without defects. We also make sure to carefully pack items to ensure they remain at that high standard until you receive it. Jump on our Socials and join our Facebook VIP group to see images of our items in use and hear from customers. You can find links to our Socials in our website footer. 

How long is your turnaround time?

For products we have in stock we always aim to ship within 3 business days from when the order is placed. As we are a small business, peak periods and delays outside our control may cause a slight delay in this time frame on shipping.

For pre-orders, the turnaround time is to be within 8-12 weeks after the close of the round for Australian customers. For international customers it may take a few more weeks than this due to the extra time to ship the items to you.  

What is turnaround time?

Turnaround time is the time it takes from an order being processed and then shipped out to you, the customer.

If I place an order on a stocked item and a pre-order item, will this combine the order so I don’t have to pay for shipping twice?

Yes. If a purchase is made including both Pre Order and In Stock items these will be shipped together when the pre-order items arrive.

If you don't want to wait for the pre-order items and would like to receive your in stock items quicker then you will need to pay postage for them separately (in stock items & Pre-order items). This way you’ll get your in stock order much quicker than your pre-order items.

You will need to place two separate orders to do this (one for pre-order items and one for the in stock items). If you accidently place an order with them together as one purchase but want your in stock items sooner, please get in contact us via our Contact Us tab, where we will send you a separate invoice for the extra shipping charge.

Are fabrics cut in a continuous length?

All fabrics specify the lengths they are cut in the product descriptions. 

How long are pre-orders open for?

Our pre-orders will be advertised at different times and open for different periods. Usually our Pre-Order will be open for a period of 2 weeks. Sign up to our socials and VIP pages in the website footer to make sure you stay up to date.

How do I get a refund on a defective item?

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and do offer a refund for defective or quality issue items. Proof of defectiveness needs to be provided with clear pictures and details. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your products via our Contact Us Tab. To see full details please refer to out Refunds Policy.

How does Australia Post tracking work?

When you place an order we will provide you with a tracking number to your email or other method of contact. You can monitor the progress of your delivery on the postal service provider’s website. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for their delays or issues and you will need to raise these with the postal service provider.
